We are delighted to announce that mgr inż. Justyna Jakubowska, from the Department of Bioorganic Chemistry,
has been awarded third prize in the competition for the best master’s thesis in the field of chemistry, organised
by the Łódź Branch of the Association of Engineers and Technicians of the Chemical Industry (SITPChem
OŁ).
During the ceremony, which took place on 2 June at Alchemium, Justyna received her award and
presented the results of her research. The award-winning Master’s thesis was carried out under the supervision of Dr
Katarzyna Jastrzębska as part of the SONATA project funded by the National Science Centre
and was defended at the Faculty of Chemistry, Lodz University of Technology.
This is yet another accolade in Justyna’s career, confirming the high standard of her research and her dedication.
