The Library  collects  books  and  scientific  journals  devoted  to  research  areas  of  all  departments of the Centre.

The new address of the Library: Tylna 3, 90-362 Lodz, 3rd floor.

On January 1st, 2017 there were 6 157 volumes of books, 11 036 volumes of journals and 12 subscribed current journals both Polish and international (paper version).

Along with traditional paper  journals users have on-line access to many journals through various publishers data bases, including:

The Library offers also an access to the bibliographic data base of CMMS emploees, containg their publications since 1972 list of publications, pdf 1.78MB

The Library belongs to ŁASB (the Network of Scientific Libraries from Łódź), which provides on-line access to the  Horizon book catalogue:       (http://www.biblioteki.lodz.pl)
