DIRECTOR OF THE CENTRE OF MOLECULAR AND MACROMOLECULAR STUDIES, POLISH ACADEMY OF SCIENCES, ANNOUNCES A COMPETITION FOR THE ADJUNCT POSITION IN ORGANIC CHEMISTRY DIVISION.
Scientific research and other projects in which the candidate will participate:
conducting scientific research in the field of broadly understood organic chemistry and heteroorganic, with particular emphasis on synthesis supported by theoretical calculations;
acting as an assistant supervisor in doctoral dissertations;
preparation of applications for research projects;
preparation of reports and scientific publications.
Qualifications the ideal candidate should possess:
holding a PhD degree in chemical sciences;
proven scientific achievements in the field of synthesis of organic compounds and heteroorganic (publications in IF periodicals and patents);
ability to independently perform experiments, including non-standard ones, and to carry out a full analysis of the results;
documented management of a research project or completion of a long-term internship abroad;
experience in preparing applications for research projects;
ability to work in research teams;
fluency in English, both spoken and written;
fluency in Polish, both spoken and written, required.

list of publications and achievements, with emphasis on the corresponding authorship;

two opinions prepared by independent research workers .

During the competition procedure, candidates may be asked to present their achievements and research plans CMMS PAS.
The selected candidate will be employed in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Labour Law for an indefinite period or definite term.
