HR Excellence in Research award for CMMS PAS

Director of CMMS PAS has signed a letter of intent, confirming the will to adopt, within the internal procedures of the institute, all the provisions of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, leading to the right to use the HR Excellence in Research logo.

CMMS PAS has the honour to inform that on July 13th, 2017 the European Commission has positively concluded the verification procedure of the Centre’s application for the HR Excellence in Research logo. The EC has confirmed the amount of effort and engagement that have been assigned by the Institute in course of implementing the abovementioned programme and allowed CMMS PAS to use the appropriate logo, in particular with reference to the recruitment and HR management areas.

This prestigious international distinction constitutes a proof of systematic CMMS PAS activities aimed at practical realisation of the rules and regulations incorporated in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. Moreover, it should be considered as a part of a larger scale restructuring actions, devised by the Institute in order to consistently improve and elevate the quality in every aspect of the CMMS PAS operations.

The above success will definitely contribute to the noticeable increase in the Centre’s attractiveness as a potential place of scientific work for researchers, both from Poland and abroad, due to the fact that the widely recognisable HR Excellence in Research logo epitomises a firm guarantee of maintaining the highest available standards in terms of internal procedures. In addition, this award will also result in introducing multiple additional instruments supporting scientific personnel and encouraging to bind its professional career with CMMS PAS.
