Job offer at the Department of Polymers

The Department of Polymers at CMMS PAS in Łódź is looking for candidates for research work concerning the synthesis of hybrid organic-inorganic polymers and investigation of their properties and applications.

Requirements:

1. Doctoral or master’s degree in chemical or related sciences (preferably within the last three years).
2. Proven ability for outstanding research and team work in topics relevant to materials chemistry.
3. Research experience in organic synthesis and/or nanotechnology, including experimental and spectroscopic techniques used in organic chemistry.
4. Proficiency in spoken and written English (knowledge of Polish is not required).

Conditions of Employment: The person qualified in the competition will be employed in the Department of Polymers at CMMS PAS in Łódź as a specialist (PhD) or chemist (MSc). In the case of receiving funding from the National Science Centre, the person will participate in the implementation of a project on the above mentioned materials.
